Benefiting from “Fixed” Teeth

You have many options for replacing your missing teeth, but most patients benefit the most from full mouth dental implants. These “fixed” teeth are comprised of four or more dental implants secured in your jawbone onto which is attached a zirconia bridge. These teeth replace over 99% of normal biting and chewing function and look as beautiful as natural teeth. Unlike dentures or even implant supported dentures, fixed full arch dental implants are designed to last the rest of your life. If you want a solution comparable to a full set of healthy natural teeth, choose permanent full mouth dental implants!

A Smile Revitalized in Three Phases

Phase One: Consultation and Treatment Plan
We offer free second opinions for all our dental implants and encourage you to take advantage of this if you’ve spoken to another dentist about treatment. Your consultation will include an evaluation, a CBCT scan, and digital impressions. We’ll also discuss your current situation and your health, functional, and aesthetic goals. Using this information, we’ll develop a fully custom treatment plan and design for your new set of teeth. We’ll then digitally design a smile simulation so you can see the results of your treatment before it even begins! Our specialized partnering dental lab will also use this information to fabricate a custom surgical guide. Next, we’ll schedule a date for your dental implant placement.
1
Phase Two: Guided Implant Surgery
We complete all our dental implant surgeries fully guided. This means we’re using a patient-fitted guide that fits over the gums to direct us in the pre-planned locations and angles to place the dental implants into your jawbone. Your implant surgery will be precise and predictable, with your converted denture or provisional perfectly fitted to these implants for immediate loading. Using this technique and sedation dentistry, you’ll experience a more efficient and comfortable surgery that will be completed in just a few hours. If necessary, we can generally complete tooth extractions and bone grafting during this surgery. Digital impressions will also be taken at this time that our partnering dental lab will use to design your final restoration. You’ll leave our office with an attached set of temporary teeth that looks natural and is fully functional!
2
Phase Three: Healing and Final Prosthesis
Once your dental implants have been placed, you’ll need at least three months to fully heal. This will allow the dental implants and bone to fuse and create a strong base for your final set of teeth. When this phase is complete, you’ll return to our office to have your final set of teeth attached. Your final prosthesis is made from a block of zirconia, which provides superior strength and natural aesthetics for your new teeth. When attached to your dental implants, this bridge will allow you to bite and chew foods like normal with teeth that look and feel completely natural. With a fully renewed smile, you’ll once again be able to live a confident and healthy life!
